Returns & Refund Policy

Don't absolutely love it? We happily accept returns in their original unused condition and packaging within 15 days. 

If an item returns without meeting proper guidelines, a refund will not be issued. Refunds will be remitted to the original form of payment at the selling price within 7-10 business days. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and handling fees.

Cracked Mirror
Past 30 Days

Replacement:

All products are carefully inspected prior to shipping. Any play mat damaged within the first 30 days of purchase will be replaced at no cost. This includes cracked mirrors and torn handles. After 30 days, a replacement mirror can be purchased for $45.95 and cover purchased for $75.  Send us a photo of your damaged product.

Gifts:

Gifts can be exchanged only, not returned. International orders and sale items are considered final sale.

PETITESEE monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or return actions.
