Applicable Law, Venue and Jurisdiction

Any action in any way related to this Site shall be governed by the laws of Illinois without regard to choice of law principles, and jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from or related to such use and/or these Terms shall be exclusively proper, if in state court, in the Circuit Court for Cook County, Illinois, and if exclusively within the jurisdiction of a federal court, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Chicago, Eastern Division, Chicago, Illinois.
